STEEL ARMAGEDDON is the first in a series of World War II stories. We follow a Norwegian-American tank commander fighting for the wrong side through the chaos at the end of World War II. The story picks up during one of the last tank battles of the war. We follow the main character, Carl-Fredik Johnsen, from this battle, through his later escape to Palestine and subsequent battles when the new State of Israel is formed. During the early war years, the final outcome of the conflict was not as obvious as it seems today. It is hardly surprising that many in the occupied countries cooperated with the Nazis, and for many different reasons.
In the following books, we are introduced to Carl's English cousin Tommy Fletcher, and we follow him through various adventures in World War II and later conflicts. The two cousins finally meet up in Korea in 1950.

Really enjoyed this short novel. Great main character and an interesting back story. I just wish all five were in one novel
